Bio

Deborah Carlisle Solomon has been the Executive Director of Resources for Infant Educarers® (RIE®) since 2006. She discovered RIE when her son was a baby, and was so deeply moved by Magda Gerber’s Educaring® Approach that she decided to change careers to study infant and toddler development, which she did at RIE and at the Pikler Institute in Budapest, Hungary. Deborah has presented at various national and international infancy and early childhood conferences and workshops, and serves on RIE’s Board of Directors. She resides in Los Angeles with her husband and son.
